Specifications & performance

 

The IX series large high pressure sensors are available over 1 m x 1 m and with high resolution at 5.08 mm. These sensors provide the ideal tool for evaluating large tires, as well as tracked vehicles for surface contact or sub-surface pressure profiles.

Low Pressure applications

 

For low pressure applications, XSENSOR’s LX & PX sensors are available in up to 81 cm x 203 cm and either 12.5 mm or 25.4 mm resolution. For researchers and design and test engineers who need to capture a full body pressure data for mattress or clinical surface design, these sensors provide the ideal combination of size, flexibility, and accuracy.

Imaging software and body pressure sensors to provide superior data analysis

XSENSOR Pro software has been the industry leader for interface pressure testing and measurement for many years. Easy-to-use and very stable, Pro V8 provides a feature-rich toolkit for image comparison and comprehensive pressure data analysis. The software allows the user a range of options to view 2D and 3D pressure data. Frame and multi-frame compare options provide an easy way to review test stages. Graphing tools are available for review of pressure distribution and pressure over time data. You can select specific frames of data and measurement areas within the image for more detailed analysis.

Additional features including video sync and measurement tools provide advanced ability to analyse the pressure interface. File management features allow for editing and merging files so that the data set is representative of your test cycle. XSENSOR Pro software combined with body pressure sensors provides accurate pressure sensing data for optimal pressure analysis.
