X3 Technology Series: Pressure Imaging Sensors
XSENSOR has developed four primary pressure sensor series: PX100, PX200, IX500 and the LX100. The X3 technology series sensors have calibration files and sensor characteristics stored on the sensor connector, allowing them to communicate directly with the platform device and software. This makes system set-up and configuration automatic.
| X3 LX100 | LX100 high-accuracy sensors offer a highly accurate analysis of seat surfaces and are typically used in research applications where low hysteresis, high repeatability, and minimal creep characteristics are most important. These sensors also possess excellent calibration stability making them ideal for collecting reliable data for process-control applications. |
| X3 PX100 |
PX100 seat, bed, and spot sensors are typically used in a wide variety of low-pressure imaging applications where sensor flexibility is crucial. They are available in varying dimensions, sensing point qualities, and resolutions. |
| X3 PX200 | PX200 sensors are typically used in a wide variety of medium-range pressure imaging applications where applied pressures are higher than suitable for PX100 sensors. PX200 sensors are also available in varying dimensions, sensing point qualities, and resolutions. |
| X3 IX500 |
IX500 sensors are designed for robust tire-tread analysis for applications such as racing tires, performance tires, car tires, and truck tires. IX500 sensors are available in a range of dimensions, speeds, and resolutions. |
